Over the course of his career, John has facilitated hundreds of millions of dollars in luxury sales and rental transactions across the Hamptons. He operates from Corcoran offices in Southampton, Westhampton Beach, and Chelsea, and divides his time between the Hamptons and New York City.

With a background in construction management and high-end spec development in Southampton Village, John brings a sophisticated understanding of architecture, design, zoning, and valuation, guiding clients through acquisition, development, positioning, and resale.
Originally from Scarsdale, New York, and raised in the Hamptons. Graduated summa cum laude from the University at Albany with concentrations in Marketing, Finance, and Business Administration. Studied International Business at Bocconi University in Milan.
Outside of real estate, John enjoys basketball, spearfishing, and travel.
